Does everything for you -even helps you find it when you lose it! Cancels background noise. You can talk to someone while standing next to a construction site, and all they hear is your voice. Amazing. Very comfortable, and durable -this thing has been through the washer AND dryer, and still works perfectly.

I love this product. I’ve used the Voyager Edge since it came out. My ears are pretty small (causing the standard ear piece they provide to fall off my ear) so I purchased a custom ear piece from Avey Sound. The Edge was awesom. The Voyager 3200 is even better. If you are looking for a reliable Bluetooth earpiece with great sound quality, noise cancellation, battery life and range...this is it! It even fits in my Edge’s charging case.

I lost my Edge ( the former version of this), and expected a much more noticable improvement with this one. I immediately had to upgrade its firmware because the mute and assistant options were not working. The former charger had the advantage to protect the whole headset. This is a shorter one, and I’m not sure if the option to put it in the belt is a good idea. In summary it is pricey for the few improvements I perceive. I need to verify how the other person listen to me.

Update: after a month of use, I don't see any advantage over the Edge, I already have received complaints about the sound quality, The webex app does not recognise correctly this headset, and the most valuable feature IMO, the mute, doesn't work. My iPhone 6 with the latest iOS suddenly get disconnected (cannot say if is the phone or the headset). In summary, if I would have the option to choose, I would choose the former Edge without hesitation

Great headset, extremely comfortable, all the great features that the edge had, and I like how the mute button now launches the voice assistant which is extremely helpful when driving for example. The only thing I don't like is the silicone ear tip, the big one. The previous model had the same issue. It is a little too small, too soft, and I wish the hook (U) was a little longer Because when driving over rough roads, potholes etc or when I'm walking the headset Just falls out of my ear. And yes I know there's a plastic hook attachment but the main reason I bought 4 or 5 of these so far is the comfort and the lack of over (behind) the ear hookS which works perfectly with any sunglasses.

This is my third Voyager. Works the same as the old ones but the battery runs down much quicker. Biggest problem is the people I am talking to complain when I do anything while talking the sounds are amplified and to loud. I was slowly folding a grocery bag and my husband complained it was so loud and annoying i had to stop to finish my conversation. It happens with things that shouldn't make a difference at all like steaming my clothes. Washing dishes is out of the question. I don't even hear it and I'm standing right next to it but they can't stand the added noise. It's supposed to have great noise cancellation but this one is worse than the older models. I guess it's to sensitive.

I have purchased this product 3 times! its that good, There use to be a Bose blue tooth that they discontinued because they used a third party company for one or more of the internal parts used to build the product, and when that company apparently went out of business Bose discontinued selling them. I wasn't happy at all, however that was until I found the Voyager 3200 by Plantronics!! This is without a doubt the very best Blue tooth on the market today!!! BUY IT YOU`ll BE HAPPY YOU DID!!!

I am using this item for my own personal use. I previously had a Bluetooth purchased through Amazon but lost it. Actually this one is better than the first one I had in so much that I get at least 6 hours battery time whereas with the previous one I only got 4 sometimes 5 hours. The only problem I have with this item is that it's bigger than I thought it would be based on the picture. However the battery life is worth dealing with the size.

In standby mode (headset on, connected to iPhone 7, but "off ear") phone alert sounds (text message, calendar reminders, other app notifications) do not play through phone speakers. I use the headset primarily to make/answer phone calls thus hearing the alerts while leaving it "off ear" is important. Vibrate mode works but the audible alerts are important.
