Customer service from both dealer and company are upsetting.
The customer satisfaction is not what they advertise!
The boots fell apart the first day put them on. Soles and heels peeled off.
Tried to get warranty and Dealer wouldn't do anything for me.
Then tried to go to the company and they wouldn't do anything for me.
Boots are truly awesome. I just got a bad pair from the factory.

UPDATE: I've had these four months now. I wear them for everyday garrison duties ad love them. They are very comfortable and will maintain my 5-star review.

I've road marched in these twice now and won't do it again. Due to the extra cushion or room around the ankle I find my foot moving around too much and giving me hot spots. For the same reason these are not the my go to choice for field work.

So if you're looking for great everyday Army boots these are them.

BLUF: I purchased these for wear with the new Army OCP uniform. For those looking for a low price alternative to the painful prices at Clothing and Sales I encourage you to try these. For background, I've spent 8 years as an infantryman and 5 years as an artillery officer.

First, these are AR 670-1 compliant. The color is the same coyote color as every other boot out there. Between 8-10

I had the safety toe side zip model of these boots before this, and they've lasted me for 3 years of heavy use. The only reason I felt the need to replace them was that the side zip had started losing teeth and wouldn't close any longer.

These news ones have a few improvements over my old ones that I noticed right away. On the old ones, the eyelets were simple plastic rivets. After a lot of tying and untying, the eyelets had started to grind apart. These are similar plastic rivets, but the backing is metal, so I imagine they'll hold up a lot longer.

The laces are thicker and feel like they'll hold up longer as well. Overall, I'm very excited to get back out there in these incredibly comfortable boots!

I was expecting to take a hit in the comfort department with these, since they're so cheap, but that hasn't been an issue at all. If anything, these are even more comfortable than the outrageously comfortable Bates Enforcers I've worn for the past ten years (now discontinued). I bought these because I was looking for a replacement without a side zipper, and I am very happy with them. They are not waterproof, but I've been using them in snow (6-18

I am female and typically wear a size 8.5 in most shoes. I wear a size 7 in these boots. Keep in mind, that many female shoes are narrow and squish the toes. These boots provide room for my foot to spread out and expand when they get hot. Absolutely no break-in period and an unbelievable amount of cushioning. I was fitted for these boots after the boots I was running in during training gave me significant blisters. I was running in these boots the first day - they're like sneakers! Since 2008, this will be my 3rd pair. (1st pair encountered concertina wire, 2nd pair is tan, 3rd pair is the new coyote color)

*The laces have shredded on my last 2 pairs, and I don't know where to by exact replacements.

I read the reviews on these before I bought them there pretty good boots, my feet an knees been through a lot 4 yrs in the usmc 18 months in Iraq , an the past 5 yrs I work in a State Prison. Standing or walking 8-16 hrs on the hard concrete. Wish I would have found these boots 5 yrs ago . There pretty light I run a lot breaking up fights a lot . But long story short standing on concrete or having to run in to respond to thins 8-16 hrs a day there great boots.

So far so good. This pair was to break in as my last pair starts to go (they're about 3 years old) They break in quickly and easily. They are lighter than normal riding boots AND cooler in the summer. Will continue to wear these. Fit as.expected although I just replaced with size I already have.

These are my second pair the first one I wore for 2 years. They are very comfortable like wearing tennis shoes my feet don't hurt by the time I get off of work like they have with some other brands and I work 12 hour shifts. I am a female and I do order the male sizes, but they fit very good unlike other brands. I would defiantly recommend this brand to other females in LE. They are very light weight. My feet don't get too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter with these boots. I can't say enough good about this brand. Unless these fall apart quick I will continue to wear this brand and recommend it.
