Had leaky hydraulics on my John Deere compact tractor. Added this to the hydraulic oil and within a few days the leak stopped. It works on worn gaskets- so anything with hydraulics that is over 10 years old would benefit from this. And it was way cheaper than the big box auto stores.

I used this on a 1990 jeep cherokee clutch after I had already replaced the master cylinder (that drips on the fuse panel when it leaks), a year earlier and then had problems again ( very little declutch/can't shift) that leaves the slave cylinder which is wrapped around the input shaft of the transmission and requires a trany removal, this stuff fixed the problem. Read the instructions, you use very little, this bottle is enough for lots of use. We just had a record cold winter here in north idaho , my trany has very worn sincronizers becouse of wrong oil use by previous owner and i'm still shifting with no problems. well worth a try for the money

I used this in my convertible cylinder of my 2002 mustang. 2 weeks later it's still mildly leaking but because of all the positive reviews I'm thinking it's just too big of a leak and I will need to replace the part. It did however slow the leak significantly so for that I'm grateful.

Lucas to the rescue again! I have used the power steering additive with success so when the HWH Hydraulic Leveling System in my diesel pusher started dropping in the middle of the night apperantly due to internal leaks I decided that this product was worth a try. After replacing 20 ounces of fluid with this thick goo I ran the jacks up and down several times. The pump started to sound smoother on the third try. I left the coach up on the jacks over night and it stayed up. I just spent 3 nights in 45 degree weather with no leak down! Thanks Lucas you saved me several thousand dollars!

This worked for small leaks in both my manual clutch and my brakes. Update.... I think I used too much of this in my leaking brakes. It did stop the leak, but it also clogged the master cylinder. This needed to be replaced! This is my fault though. I probably used way too much and I did not mix it well enough with regular brake fluid before adding it. It is still working in the clutch. If you do use this, make sure to mix it really well with plenty of the regular fluid before adding it, and do not use too much!

Had a leak in my tractor hydraulic, but could not tell where it was coming from. Put this in and I no longer have the leak.

This stuff is thick, really thick compared to hydraulic fluid. However, mixed at a 1:5 ratio it seems to have stopped the leak the hydraulic cylinders for my convertible top.
